We accept most commercial insurance plans including: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Beacon Health Options, Caresource, Custom Design Benefits, Humana, Medical Mutual of Ohio, MED BEN, United Health Care, and UMR. We DO NOT accept Kentucky or Ohio Medicare/ Medicaid
BILLING
Most services administered in our office are covered by insurance. HOWEVER, some are not. Learning disability testing ie, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia are NOT covered by commercial medical plans. Out of pocket rates are available for these services.

For those seeking services that wish to pay out of pocket, we offer exclusive pricing and payments plans for each individual client.
NSA (no surprise act) and good faith estimates
We adhere to NSA policies and will give a full estimate for customized testing plans or individual services after the first initial appointment and before any additional appointments can be made. You will be given copies of our estimate to keep should any issues arise.
Payment plans
We offer monthly payment plans for those wishing to divide the totals of his or her bills. Clients will be given the opportunity to choose between a 6, 12 or 18 month plan with an initial payment and remaining payments due at the beginning of each month.
